The American Chiropractic Board of Radiology (ACBR) is the certifying body for the specialty of radiology within the chiropractic profession. Initial certification consists of a two-part examination given yearly. Successful completion of a residency program is required to be eligible to sit for the exam. Successful completion of the exams earns a candidate diplomate status with the board and use of the designation DACBR.

Once certified, diplomates must demonstrate completion of continuing education requirements as part of the recertification process. More information about the board and the certification and recertification processes can be found on the board’s website at www.acbr.org
